Celebrating 15 years: Thank you to our many clients!
In November, we celebrated our 15 year anniversary with a client appreciation party with our co-sponsor, Bloofusion, an online strategy agency. More than 80 executives from local companies joined us at the Hiller Aviation museum in San Carlos, California, for an evening of networking and fun.
New team members & services: KickStart Alliance welcomes two new consultants to our family.
Donna Weber leads our new Client Success program bringing more than 20 years of customer success experience. Her focus is on customer onboarding and guiding her clients to create customers for life. Donna is a passionate customer advocate, and brings hands-on leadership that includes creating training programs, content development, and strategic insight to turn customers into champions.
We also welcome Karyn Holl as our new sales and marketing operations strategist. She brings practical insight, structure, and best practices to optimizing operational success. This includes rethinking dashboards that are designed to invite the right type of conversations that drive action.
At our Client Appreciation Party we also launched a new book by KickStart co-founder and principal, Janet Gregory, and her co-author, Robert Pearlstein. Built for Global is written for CEOs and executives leaders interested in expanding internationally. Janet & Robert share practical advice for improving your success in global expansion and watching for hidden pitfalls like early indicators that an international sales strategy may be off course. This book is an important guide book for any executive excited to harness the power of thinking globally.
