Our Story


KickStart Alliance was launched in 2002 with a vision of inspiring companies to become more customer-focused. Our value proposition is a simple idea: Partner with client executive leaders to asses your operations, recommend improvements, guide the organization to adopt powerful and proven best practices, teach you how to do it, and then get out of your way.

We can literally “kickstart” your organization to achieve a higher level of operational excellence.

We tested this idea with CEOs and VCs, and they loved it. They told us, “I need to solve a problem, not build a larger staff. If you can help me improve our effectiveness and ability to make better business decisions by helping us be more in tune with our customers, then that makes you unique.”

And so, KickStart Alliance was born.
