Gregory
Janet Gregory has over 25 years of management experience with
successful and innovative companies offering business productivity
tools. Her business experience is in building highly effective
sales organizations selling both direct and through channel
partners. Janet is a co-founder of KickStart Alliance where
she runs the sales readiness practice. Janet's most recent
corporate experience was with ShoreTel where as the VP Sales
in 3-years she helped the company achieve profitability and
rise from obscurity to #8 in IP Telephony marketshare. Prior
to ShoreTel, Janet was as a member of the founding executive
team at Latitude Communications (later acquired by Cisco),
a pioneer in voice and web conferencing, MeetingPlace.
In her six years as the VP Sales at Latitude, Janet took
the company from zero revenue to profitability, and a successful
IPO. Prior to her tenure at Latitude, Janet worked in both
the service provider and CPE divisions of Octel Communications
(later acquired by Lucent and spun off into Avaya). She started
her telecom career with nine years at ROLM/IBM (later acquired
by Siemens). Janet is an active member of the Advisory Boards
of ShoreTel, Transera Communications, Sylantro Communications
and noHold. She graduated magna cum laude from Guilford College
in Greensboro, NC and holds a B.A. in English. |

Gospe
Mary Gospe, co-founder of KickStart
Alliance, has 18 years experience planning and executing direct
and online marketing programs and building sales development,
inside sales and sales operations organizations. Prior to
beginning her consulting career, Mary was Director of Sales
Development for Latitude Communications where she lead her
team to consistently exceed quota, initiated a successful
inside sales function and managed the implementation of a
CRM system for the sales organization. In her five years as
a consultant, Mary has helped companies such as Above All
Software, Airespace, Triscend, and Vocera Communications boost
their sales pipeline, shorten their sales cycle, and accelerate
revenue creation. Mary earned a B.S. in Business Administration
from Cal State University, Hayward and an MBA from Santa Clara
University. She recently completed a certification in Direct
and Interactive Marketing from San Jose State University. |

Sullivan
Mary has over 17 years of customer-focused
experience in growing technology companies and markets. She
has provided marketing consulting services for technology
start-ups, doing business as The Customer's Eye since 2001.
Prior to that she was Director of Product Marketing for the
PhoenixNet Division of Phoenix Technologies where she led
the market introduction of their network security infrastructure.
As Senior Marketing Group Manager for Avaya (a Lucent spin-off)
she led Product Marketing in their $600 million Communications
Applications Group. She also managed Marketing Programs and
Marketing Operations for Octel Communications (later acquired
by Lucent), and held sales positions with Octel and Siemens
in the dynamic San Francisco area market. She completed extensive
marketing coursework at UC Berkeley Extension. Mary is a Magna
Cum Laude graduate of Economics from San Francisco State University
and attended the PhD Program in Resource Economics at University
of California, Berkeley.

Mike Gospe, author, co-founder and principal of KickStart
Alliance is an accomplished leader, marketing strategist and
corporate executive. For more than 20 years, he worked the
angles of campaign management. Mike led a team of go-to-market
strategists at HP, guided a worldwide organization to tailor
global marketing launches and regional campaigns at Sun, and
drove a team of corporate marketers at Ariba. He wears the
victories and battle scars of campaign development, paying
attention to what worked and what didn’t. Mike is a
popular speaker on this subject and his articles and book
on the subject are now being used at Santa Clara University
to train the next generation of marketers. Mike has authored
a number of marketing- and sales-related articles, as well

Andrew Cadwell is a serial entrepreneur with 20 plus years
of experience in rapid growth companies and markets. Andy
has owned, managed and spun out several successful businesses,
most recently in the technology industry. Since he has started
his consulting practice, he has provided strategy, leadership,
sales and operations consulting services to both early stage
and mature companies in the technology industry. His clients
range from start-up companies to distinguished members of
the Fortune 50. Before launching his consulting practice,
Andrew was Vice President of NW Operations at INX, a large
Cisco Direct Partner where he significantly led and grew the
business after completing the merger and acquisition of his
own company into the INX fold. Prior to that, Andrew worked
for AT&T Enterprise Business Services Group where he was
an Enterprise Client Business Manager and Cisco Solutions
Manager. Before AT&T, he had served in a variety of leadership
and principal positions within successful companies both inside
and outside of the technology industries. |
